Products / Materials
If you need a custom-printed sample with your artwork, our minimum order QTY is 1, making it super-easy for you run a test and make sure your design is just right before committing to multiple cartons.
We use either Kraft or White single wall cardboard. Depending on the product you choose, these will be printed on B-Flute (3mm) or E-Flute (2mm).
The main differences between our boxes are the assembly and sealing. Our Product boxes are self-locking and require no tape or glue to assemble.
Our Shippers boxes are glued in the manufacturing stage and require tape to seal the folds when closing the box.
Our cardboard source is an industry leading manufacturer based in Sydney. The material we use is made using 100% recyclable materials.
DESIGN / ARTWORK
Printing is done using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and black) inks. You can supply your images in either format as we will convert the final artwork to CMYK before printing.
ODBOX does not currently offer colour matching and cannot guarantee the consistency of colours between the website display and resulting print.
At ODBOX, we print our boxes using an inkjet digital printer, using a 4 colour CMYK process. The artwork is supplied as a PDF file from your computer & then printed directly to the cardboard. As this is direct to cardboard and not varnished, print quality will have a flat finish.
Unfortunately, our printer is 4 colours only (CMYK) which means we cannot print white. If your design consists of white, please select the white variations of our products.
Unfortunately, our products are currently limited to OUTSIDE printing only.

Our minimum order is 1 unit for all variations making it super-easy for you run a test and make sure your design is just right before committing to a production run.
Unfortunately, you can’t. Because of our extremely fast turnaround times, once an order is placed it is immediately put into the print process of manufacturing. Please ensure all details/art is correct when placing the order.
